We had our annual company conference last week, where the directors explained how the company was performing.
The directors explained how the company was moving forward and the figures were very reassuring. It is great to see that even in these hard times the company has actually grown and is growing still. Tarpon and it's partner companies have withstood the recession, which makes us thankful as to how lucky we are. This is all due to the hard work of the employees of the company and of course to all the loyal contractors who continue to use us and keep coming back with new roles and referring their colleagues.
We have been lucky that we don't have to spend heavily on advertising as we have had a high number of contractor and agency referrals, it has been amazing. The main reason for referrals is because they are so impressed by the professional and 100% high quality service they receive from their business manager. Not that I am being big headed or anything
