Tarpon will compensate you with up to £100 should your payroll be affected by any of our service standards.
* Should there be a payment error on Tarpon's behalf resulting in contractor missing regular run, Tarpon will process a payment in the next available payrun. Weekly updates will be provided unless otherwise instructed. Invoices will be raised the same day as long as timesheet is received before 2pm. Invoices will be raised based on contracted instructions from agent / client. Call back or email response within 4 working hours. Invoice payments chased within 1 working day of being overdue. Business Managers are available out of office between 17:30 and 20:00.
