IR35 is tax legislation which targets contractors and freelancers who use 'intermediary' companies (personal service companies, composite companies and partnerships) – Tarpon doesn't fall into this category. IR35 makes those workers pay the same amount of tax and NI as if directly employed. IR35 also targets family-run 'husband and wife' companies.
