HMRC Dispensation
Operating under a dispensation from HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC), Tarpon is the entirely safe option for contractors, clients and agencies. Tarpon has always been fully compliant with HMRC. And it always will be.
In accordance with Tarpon Ltd's Terms of Business and its dedication to serving contractors, clients and agencies, Tarpon is committed to adhering to all the guidelines of HMRC concerning the processing of temporary workers′ income. As such, it will at all times remain compliant with current legislation plus industry leading best practice. Tarpon pledges that:
- PAYE tax will be properly calculated and paid for each and every temporary worker who chooses Tarpon.
- Class 1 National Insurance Contributions will be properly calculated and paid for each and every temporary worker who chooses Tarpon.
- Tarpon accepts ultimate liability for the accurate calculation and payment of all tax and National Insurance Contributions for contracts operated through Tarpon.
- Every year and in a timely manner, Tarpon will issue a P60 to all temporary workers using its services.
Further, Tarpon pledges that it will at all times and in every way abide by the terms of its dispensation from HMRC, and to all new guidelines, as and when these are issued by HMRC.
